Shpoonkle® Make a Difference Weekend at Caesars Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (INCLUDING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA), AGE 21 OR OLDER. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/01/2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 01/15/2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:
1) Online: Visit the Shpoonkle website at Shpoonkle.com/contestpage and follow the instructions for Sweepstakes entry. Information requested will include your first and last name, address, and email address. Information has to include a written story, video, and/or media describing how the law or a lawyer made a difference in your life in a positive way. All entries must be received by the end of Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by mechanical means and entries which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. All entries will be judged for authenticity, originality, viewer and/or celebrity Judges feedback on the submission from Shpoonkle users.
PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded which will include three (3) nights’ accommodations (one room) at Caesars Palace Las Vegas for up to four (4) for a Total ARV of Grand Prize: $1,000.
Dates of prize travel, accommodations and other grand prize elements will be determined by Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion. All elements in the Grand Prize must be consumed during the travel dates determined by Sponsor. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the acceptance and use of prize, including but not limited to transportation costs, meals, souvenirs, taxes (including federal, state and local taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting a prize not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State and local taxes on the prizes. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, and no cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event any element of any prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide a substitute prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
WINNER DETERMINATION: Potential grand prize winner will be selected on or about 01/15/2012 from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor. Potential winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook on or about 01/20/2012.
If there is a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The use of multiple email addresses for the same individual is prohibited and anyone caught doing so will be excluded from the sweepstakes. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
If Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner within 72 hours of notification, if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if required documents are not returned within the specified time period, if the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or the prize cannot be awarded to a potential winner for any other reason, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident in the Continental United States (including the District of Columbia).
CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Any entry that is tampered with, forged, illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorized distribution channels, will be null and void. To be eligible, all forms must be fully completed. Sponsor may discontinue this Sweepstakes at any time. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion compromised by non-authorized human intervention to other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or should Sweepstakes be unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration, notice will be posted. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likeness and hometown information (city and stated residence) and submission for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission except where prohibited by law. All entry information collected may be used for the Sponsor’s internal purposes and to send entrants information about Sponsor’s products/promotions but will not be provided or sold to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or legal procedure. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Released Parties (as defined below) (a) make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind outside those written in these Official Rules, and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. By entering, all entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and its parent, distributors, retail dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, the Caesars Entertainment and any other individual or entity directly involved with this Sweepstakes and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in this Sweepstakes and/or from the acceptance, receipt and/or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize.
GENERAL: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged or delayed entries, or for lost or stolen entry boxes. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, printing, typographical, or other errors, omissions, interruptions, communication failures or human error that may occur in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the winners or in any other Sweepstakes related materials. Released Parties and are also not responsible for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries and/or any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be void and all associated entrants will be disqualified.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
