Stan Chess, ESQ.

Stan Chess is president of LawTV, Inc., and Legal America, Inc., and chairman of Megalo Media, Inc. He owns and manages dozens of law-related websites, including LawSchool.com and LawDictionary.com (soon to be launched). Stan was previously President of BAR/BRI Bar Review, where he worked for 21 years, and Chairman and CEO of West Professional Education, a division of the West Publishing Co. He was also Vice Chairman of Harcourt Brace Jovanovich Legal & Professional Publications, Inc. Stan has trained hundreds of thousands of law school graduates, lecturing on numerous subjects for BAR/BRI and West. He also taught for many years for PLI (the Practising Law Institute) and BarPlus Bar Review. While at BAR/BRI, Stan was a weekly feature columnist for The Washington Post for nine years (under pseudonyms). For four years he was The Washington Post's weekly bicycling columnist, for four years he was The Post's weekly humor columnist, and for one year he edited The Post's daily and Sunday crossword puzzles. Stan is a graduate of Cornell University, where he was editor in chief of The Cornell Daily Sun and a member and officer of Quill & Dagger, the Cornell honorary society, and Cornell Law School. During law school, he worked summers as an editor on The Washington Post.

James Robert
"Jim" McMahon

James Robert "Jim" McMahon, Jr. (born August 21, 1959) is 2X Super Bowl Champion and former American football player. He played college football at Brigham Young University, where he was a two-time All-American (1980, 1981) and later in the professional ranks with the Chicago Bears, San Diego Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, Minnesota Vikings, Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, and Green Bay Packers. In December 2006, McMahon went to Iraq with the USO to visit American forces in the field In 2010 McMahon became a part owner of the Indoor Football League's, Chicago Slaughter. Jim is active in many philanthrop-ic activities and devotes most of his time now to charitable endeavors.

Isaac Aelion

In 1994,Commissioner Isaac Aelion moved to the United States from Canada and chose Sunny Isles Beach as his place of residence due to family ties. He decided to become an active community volunteer and help in the transformation of the city. In 2002, he joined the City of Sunny Isles Beach Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Education and later the Tourism and Development Committee, along with City of Sunny Isles Beach Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Beach Fact Finding and served as Chairperson of the Capital Projects Subcommittee. He is an Executive Board Member of the Winston Towers Master Complex Association, member of the Concerned Citizens of Northeast Dade, member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Miami and Northeast Dade. His past community public service includes serving as President of Jewish Diaspora Organization for Israel, Treasurer for Raul Wallenberg Foundation for Holocaust Survivors, and Executive Board Member for Jewish Community Services. He served as an Officer in the Israeli Army and achieved it highest Military Award of Excellence. He was honorably discharged from the Israeli Army. He received his Engineering degree from the Israel Institute of Technology (TECHNION) and his Masters of Business degree from the University of Haifa, Israel. He received his Master of Arts degree and pursued his Doctoral studies at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, University in Chicago. Commissioner Aelion is a successful businessman and serves as Chief Executive Officer of three business enterprises. He lives at the Sands Pointe Ocean Beach Resort and Condominium and has been serving on its Board as President since 2003.

Gary M. Singer

Gary M. Singer is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida. Gary is Board Certified as an expert in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar. Gary is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association (current Chair of the Real Estate Section), Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council, Broward County Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Advisory Board of Keiser University and an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University. He is a Member Agent of Attorneys' Title Fund Services. He was born in the Bronx and was raised in eastern Long Island, New York. Gary M. Singer moved to Florida in 1989 with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer and Boatswain with the Coast Guard's prestigious Tactical Law Enforcement Team. After serving his country, he earned a Bachelors of Science degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University after transferring from SUNY at Stony Brook, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, cum laude. Gary M. Singer was the recipient of a full academic Goodwin scholarship to attend law school, where, along with his many activities, he was served as an Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, Editor in Chief of the School Newspaper and a Honor Court Justice. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Gary M. Singer began practicing in real estate, estate planning and business law with the Law Firm of Josh N. Bennett in Fort Lauderdale. Several years later, after growing his legal skills under the tutelage of his mentor, he opened the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer in Sunrise, Florida, where he has been diligently serving the needs of his clients ever since. Gary is the proud husband of Norma Singer, a successful Mother and Realtor and the even prouder parent of Alexander and Sofia. Ken Diehl -Chief Executive Officer Hall of Fame Holdings. Ken worked 26 years in the grocery industry managing & overseeing hundreds of retail stores accumulating over $4 Billion in annual revenues and +$120M in annual profits. Results that culminated in Ken Diehl being named the “2011 Food Industry Retailer of The Year.” Ken, over the last 12 years has managed throughout the country the total sales, marketing & merchandising of several different Retail Grocery Banners. Ken has lead all Division sales, marketing, merchandising and operational management while working in the grocery industry and, Ken has ensured that innovative marketing ideas, with subsequent merchandising plans attached to those marketing ideas were executed throughout the different United States regions. Ken’s grocery experience, industry sales & profit results have translated to above projection sales & profit growth for HOF Holdings as well.

Julia Claire, Esq.

Julia is co-founder of Hire an Esquire where she manages operations and acts as general counsel to the company. She devised the service, which helps firms and in house legal departments locate, manage, and pay freelance lawyers, as a way to optimize the changing dynamics in the legal industry. She has taught as an adjunct legal research and writing professor at Temple Law School and an online lecturer at Quimbee.com. Julia regularly contributes to the Legal Intelligencer Blog and other publications where she writes on shifts in the legal industry and technology's impact.

Tim Heil is a Regional Vice President (Sales) for PepsiCo / Frito Lay North America (career began in 1991). He is a well-established senior sales executive with strong general management experience and a record of building businesses, organizations, and people for over 20 years. He possesses strong strategic and problem solving skills along with the ability to hire, develop, and motivate teams to long term sustainable results. He has served numerous roles across the Frito-Lay business that includes Sales Zone Director, Sr Director of Customer Management, and his current role as Region Vice President of the Northeast Region. Tim is a dynamic business and people leader that combines a passion for the business with an ability to lead teams to positive results (both personal and professional). He graduated from Marquette University and various leadership development programs.!

Rich Palma

Rich Palma is the Chief Operating Officer and one of the principals of Golden Pear Funding. He has an MA in Business Management and over twenty years of executive management experience. Prior to joining Golden Pear Funding, Rich was Chief Operating Officer for LawCash; one of the nation’s largest litigation funding companies. Rich has also held senior management positions at Federal Express, was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co,Executive Director of UBS’ Client Service and Sales Divisions and Managing Director of Business Development and Sales Administration at The Executive Transportation Group.
